Pisca hasa crioyo

 
Ingredientenan:
  • 2 kilo di Mulato of cualkier otro pisca corta na mochi
  • Salo di Boneiro
  • Azeta vegetal
  • Siboyo corta na renchi
  • Conoflok corta chikito
  • Promenton corta na repi
  • Tomati corta na bloki chikito
  • Ketchup
  • Binager destila (5%)
  • 1 telep sucu blanco

Preparacion:

Semper laba pisca den awa cu salo y nunca den awa so. Seca e pisca cu kitchen towels. Season cu salo di Boneiro y laga e para pa 5 minuut. Hasa e pisca den azeta vegetal.

Den wea mediano pone un tiki azeta cu bo a usa pa hasa e pisca kienta. Tira e conoflok, siboyo, promenton y tomati den e wea y hasa nan te ora e siboyo bira moli. Tira ketchup, awa y sucu den e saus. Uza e binager pa trece na smaak.

Hala un funchi, hasa banana y bon probecho.
