Sate saus

Purbe, e ta fasil y lihe pa traha.

Ingredientenan:

  • 1 cuchara di azeta vegetal
  • 1/2 cup di Pindakaas
  • 1/4 cup di Lechi
  • 1/4 cup di Honing
  • 2 telep di Sambal
  • 1 cuchara di juice di lamoenchi
  • 1 ciboyo chikito corta chikito
Hasa e ciboyo te ora e bira transparente. Agrega e pindakaas na e ciboyo y ora e pindakaas bira moli agrega e sambal, juice di lamoenchi y honing. Mix nan bon y agrega e lechi poco poco. Keda mescla te ora e bira un saus glad.

BBQ RUM RIBS

Esaki ta un reseta special pa Grillmasters.

E ribsnan aki ta wordo pre-cooked den forno.

Ingredientenan:
  • 4 liber di spareribs
  • 1 cup di suco bruin
  • mitar cup ketchup
  • soysauce na smaak
  • Worcestershire na smaak
  • 3 teentje konoflok, corta fini fini
  • mitar cup di Captain Morgans of otro bon rum bruin of cora.
  • Honing na smaak
  • Madam Jeanette na smaak
  • un kwart cup Awa
Den un wea pone e awa, sucu bruin, soy sauce y worcertershire sauce kienta. Ora e sucu desolve agrega e konoflok y resto di ingredientenan. Lage cushina riba candela abou y keda draai constant. E ta bira un tiki diki. Lage fria. Pone e spareribs riba grill y kwashe cu e saus.

BBQ saus Oriental

BBQ season ta na caminda. Esaki ta un BBQ sauce masha facil pa hasi y sin cu bo mester cushine. Enjoy.

Ingredientenan:

  • 1/2 cup di ketchup
  • 1/2 cup di corn syrup (bo ta hanje na Ling & Sons, usa esun lite)
  • 1/4 cup di soy sauce, un bon marka manera esun ta wordo usa pa sushi.
  • 5 pa 8 teentji konoflok, corta masha chikito mes
  • 1/2 telep peper
  • 1/2 telep Canela (Cinnnamon)
  • 1/4 telep Anise seed
  • 1/4 telep Clabo (cloves)
Mix e ingredientenan bon y lage para pa 2 ora den frigidaire.
Y si bo kier e un tiki pica, usa Madam Jeanette corta fini fini.
